Ramon Magasaysay Award Celebration and Stakeholder Engagement Event

Educate Girls co-hosted a fundraising event with support from the Harish and Bina Shah Foundation, bringing together leaders, supporters and members of the philanthropic community to celebrate the organisation’s 2025 Ramon Magsaysay Award and discuss the urgent need to expand educational opportunities for girls.

The gathering highlighted the impact of Educate Girls’ community-led movement, which has helped bring millions of girls back to school and improve learning outcomes in some of India’s most educationally challenged regions. It also provided an opportunity to share insights from the organisation’s work, discuss challenges and opportunities in the education sector, and build support for solutions that help girls access and complete their education.

Educate Girls also shared its vision of reaching 10 million learners by 2035, outlining its plans for scale and long-term impact.
